Paws & Wild are about Animal Welfare, not profits.
All of the services we offer are welfare-driven and designed to allow the animals to thrive.
Group dog walks are only ever done with dogs from the same household.
We always encourage Meet & Greets before taking on animal care services.
We promote 1-1 time with the animals we care for.
We can recommend actions to help with destructive behaviours or troublesome pets.
At Paws & Wild, we pride ourselves in putting animal welfare first. All of our team have experience with a wide range of animals, as well as our own pets at home. Our Director Bekki has a degree in Zoo Management, and a Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management.
We appreciate that pets are our babies, and we would want our pets to be with someone trustworthy, and who will ensure that our pets are safe and happy at all times, which is why we ensure that our visits and walks are always 1-1 and the pet has the attention that they deserve.
We want our new furry friends to feel comfortable and we ensure that their comfort is the number one priority. Whether it's a dog that struggles with anxiety or a dog that doesn't like to walk with other dogs, we will ensure that they are walked away from other dogs or in an area that is quiet so that they enjoy their walk with zero stress. In addition to this, any of our group walks are only ever performed with dogs from the same household, so that they are walked with their family rather than strangers.
If you are worried about hiring a dog walker or pet sitter because of how your pets reacts to strangers, we are happy to plan visits with you to ensure that your dog is happy around us before any walks are agreed. Any questions or enquiries about 1-1 walks or visits that require extra attention, don't hesitate to contact us.
